iPhone stolen in Singapore: who to call

Short answerFrom another phone or a computer, mark your iPhone as lost at icloud.com/find. Then block your SIM with your network, and call your bank. If you're in danger, call 999 first.

Take a breath, and ask someone to help if you can. We read each number below on an official page on 3 November 2026. Where it's a regulator's or government page rather than the company's own, the note says so. Numbers change, so if one doesn't work, use the official page beside it. Numbers that only work from your own network's phone won't help until you have a SIM again, so look for another way to reach them. Call costs vary.

First steps

  1. Mark your iPhone as lost at icloud.com/find. Here's the full plan.
  2. Block your SIM with your network, so nobody else can receive your login codes. Ask how to get your own codes or a replacement SIM.
  3. Call your banks and e-wallets, and ask them to protect your accounts.
  4. Report it to the police and ask about blocking the phone.

If you are not in danger, report the theft at a Neighbourhood Police Centre, which is open 24 hours, . Block the phone

We did not find an official service in Singapore that lets you block a stolen phone's IMEI. The police pages mention the IMEI only for reports and for checking whether an item was reported lost or stolen. Suspend your SIM with your network, ask it what it can do about the phone itself, and lock the phone with Find My.

Report fraud or identity theft

If someone has tricked you or used your accounts, call your bank first, then report it to the police.
