iPhone stolen in the Philippines: who to call

Short answerFrom another phone or a computer, mark your iPhone as lost at icloud.com/find. Then block your SIM with your network, and call your bank. If you're in danger, call 911 first.

Take a breath, and ask someone to help if you can. We read each number below on an official page on 30 October 2026. Where it's a regulator's or government page rather than the company's own, the note says so. Numbers change, so if one doesn't work, use the official page beside it. Numbers that only work from your own network's phone won't help until you have a SIM again, so look for another way to reach them. Call costs vary.

First steps

  1. Mark your iPhone as lost at icloud.com/find. Here's the full plan.
  2. Block your SIM with your network, so nobody else can receive your login codes. Ask how to get your own codes or a replacement SIM.
  3. Call your banks and e-wallets, and ask them to protect your accounts.
  4. Report it to the police and ask about blocking the phone.

Block the phone

To stop the phone working on Philippine mobile networks, ask the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC). Its page has an online form. If you bought it from Globe, you can ask Globe. Expect to need a notarized Affidavit of Ownership and Loss with Undertaking, a copy of your ID, and proof the phone is yours: a receipt, the box or a seller's certificate of purchase. Without those, the NTC's form accepts an affidavit, with a police blotter if available. Smart says you need a police report.
